I realize beta-blockers have not been shown beneficial in non-obstructive HCM, but, they are commonly prescribed here and in HFpEF. I like this study. It shows clearly that BB worsen exercise capacity. BB have very selective indications. I am not sure why they are popular

@Medibubble: AntiXa Bestimmung bei unfraktioniertem Heparin anstelle von aPTT. 1. Was ist eure Meinung dazu? 2. Wie steuer ich Heparin nach AntiXa? Hat hier irgendjemand eine Tabelle o.ä.? Bei aPTT gibt es ja tolle Tabellen zur Steuerung die praxisgerecht helfen. Danke 🙏🏻
