@RedLipRiots Honest to god, I called to reschedule an appointment tomorrow as I’m unwell. Within 3 hours I had a call from the hospital saying as I was on the waiting list??? An appointment had come up for tomorrow! The very same appointment I had cancelled! Too many admins in the NHS.

The NHS isn’t broken because of doctors or nurses. It’s broken because it’s being bled dry by clipboards, consultants, and DEI commissars who never see a ward. Thousands of managers on six-figure salaries, while pensioners rot in A&E corridors. Diversity officers outnumber cancer specialists. “Safeguarding” teams that didn’t safeguard a single girl in Rotherham. Cutting the managerial tumour is moral triage. Fire the bureaucrats. Fund the front line. End the ideology. Return to healing. The NHS must stop being a jobs scheme for activists and start being a sanctuary for the sick. You want to save the NHS? Then put nurses in charge, not HR mandarins. We will not pay one more pound to be lectured while our grandparents are left to die.
