I'm used to customer-centric companies that remind me when my annual plan is up for renewal or give me a cancel-anytime policy. I was shocked when I tried to cancel my @leapsome account. They wanted a 3-month notice with no reminders. And they are in the people business! Regret!

The best are the best no matter where:
"The people who didn't do any work at home never did any work in the office. ... Hard workers are hard workers no matter where they operate."

Whether you are Netflix or not, in the end, it boils down to the pricing power that Buffett mentions. I'm learning a lot from @MadhavanSF and his book on "Monetizing Innovation". Looking forward to his upcoming book on "Unlocking Growth". #pricing #growth

"Thinking in decades avoids a lot of bad behavior.
If you think about relationships lasting decades, you'll often handle the current moment differently. This works for co-workers, partners, customers, friends, etc.
Think twice before you interrupt time."
