@SW_Help 18.53 from Waterloo to Dorking. To be fair it’s not just this evening it’s pretty much every one of the new trains. Appreciate info for passengers but the level and frequency of these seem overbearing for the entirety of the journey. Assume the guard can switch or reduce?

@SuttonCouncil how do you expect anyone to provide real time photo or video evidence of damage to waste bins by your crews to waive the charge to replace? What about people who are at work when this happens and or you only notice said damage post collection? Prob 99% of cases

@Pret as a loyal customer of your subs since inception 💯cancelling with latest changes. Obvs prices rose beyond what needed to, to give impression of savings, 20% off food but rose way higher to offset.£4.40 for ‘strong’ coffee, suspect unless prices adjusted,sales plummet

@SW_Help But it’s every other week for that same service and that’s already 50% less than it was 4 yrs ago. You control the trains and investment or lack of into reliable rolling stock. I couldn’t confirm a business meeting in London before 9 as zero reliability on service to get me there

@SW_Help An all too frequent event now. Half the precovid service and you can’t reliably run that yet told cutting the service was part to free up line capacity to enable trains to run better?! Haven’t answered the question re what are you doing to fix trains that clearly aren’t reliable?

@SW_Help @Louise1408 How about invest in new trains on these lines than keep all the new rolling stock for your commuters travelling in from Hampshire and beyond. 2 tier system in your service in terms of quality of journey. Suspect you value perceived higher value passengers travelling further?

@Louise1408 Hi, this can cause lots of problems. It can sometimes block the line so services are not able to get past. I can see the line is now open so this should not be a problem any longer. Again please accept our apologies for this. ^RC
