@JustEatUK my latest order was a shambles!! 1 hour after ordering, with the app being updated through all the stages right through to “delivered” at which point I get a phone call to say the restaurant oven is broke and my order hasn’t even been cooked!! Full refund please! DM me

@JustEatUK cant believe Im having to contact u again..2nd order in 8 days and both times have received completely the wrong order!Its obvious your couriers are unable to deliver multiple orders in 1 journey(this needs to stop)as they seem to get the orders mixed up!Shambles!Dm me

@JustEatUK it’s not even about the money now It’s the principal,and the complete lack of logic being applied.
If I order and pay for something,and I don’t get all the items how am I not due a refund?And why can’t you “go into the specifics” of why my refund request was declined?

@JustEatUK Sometimes it baffles me how you handle complaints. When I order if 1 of my items does not arrive you should refund me for the value, don’t understand how you can argue that and decline. Shocking customer service!! This isn’t the first time either! Contact me please…

@Dominos_UK can you update your app so that we are able to add Vegan “cheese” to a meat pizza?? I can’t be the only person who isn’t able to have mozzarella/normal cheese? Is hassle having to phone up to get my order customised! Very easy on a few big other pizza companies apps..

@Uber_Support Uber Eats customer service is awful! My last 2 orders I’ve had serious issues with, and yet both times I’ve received a “stock” response confirming there’s nothing you can do! Shocking! Will be cancelling my Uber One membership for sure!!

@Uber_Support ordered through Uber Eats today, only 3 of the 4 items arrived. Have gone through the ‘help’ option in the App, however every time I respond I get a stock auto response, that doesn’t resolve my query!! I need a real person to look at my query, reply and refund me!!
