@garybrannan That’s bordering on looking more “rave” than “memorial service”.

@eligaultney @troyhunt One of the funniest I ever saw was "the website has a serious vulnerability, anyone can edit it"... on Wikipedia.

@troyhunt "it turns out if we hit f12 I can see your source code!"

Have you even truly accepted an award without thwacking the mic clean off the podium (sorry @NaSTAuk!)

Shortly before punching a microphone @markspolakovs won us gold for the @NaSTAuk 2024 technical achievement award. 🦡🦡🦡

For some reason the optimistic update is being overwritten by the stale data after the action finishes, like it's not actually returning fresh data

@Direwolf20 @SwiftOnSecurity ... where else was he planning on getting updates from?
English

@SwiftOnSecurity I had a customer’s “security guy” refuse to let the sccm server sync windows updates from the internet because “dns spoofing is very easy. I can simply trick your sccm server into downloading updates from my fake server and then I’m distributing a virus across your network.”

@Kent6Ben @rolandmcs The Leave campaign managed to drum up the fear of Eastern European immigrants coming in freely and taking all the jobs, used it as a wedge issue, and people fell for it.
English

@rolandmcs I get that bit. However Britain is now out. Surely the most logical feeling would be "We don't wish to be part of the Federation but those who do we wish well"? However there seems to be some truly Europhobic feelings beneath all this?

"Weren't the first two parts out a month ago?"
Yes, they were - editor's block is a fun time.
Very pleased with the result though (and the series finale isn't far away either - promise!)

@housecor @nextjs Working on an improved docs page for forms/mutations if you're curious or have suggestions!

I've been using @nextjs 13, the app folder, and React Server Components a lot lately.
What a wonderful combination. I'm really impressed by how fast I can move with this stack.
The docs are solid and the dev experience feels intuitive.
The future is here.
