I have four people on my team in leadership programs and I'm prioritizing time on my calendar to support their growth. Fail: it's easy to let putting out "fires" take precedent. The first is the successful instructional launch of our #TechforEd program that puts a personal Chromebook in the hands of all 5th-12th graders over a 4-year rollout. Supporting teachers in using them effectively for student-centered learning is #1
