The three constitutional amendments on the ballot this November have nasty stuff baked into them. Gay marriage amendment - adds gender as a protected class to the constitution. As applied in other states - this is when the state can take your child from you if you don’t affirm their transgender identity. Felon right to vote - adds a provision that allows someone who has been declared legally incompetent the right to still vote. Abortion amendment - restricts the state from imposing any meaningful laws on abortion authorizing abortion up to birth for mental health reasons.

Freedom of Speech, flying and displaying flags is considered a form of symbolic speech and is heavily protected under the First Amendment of the U.S. Constitution. There were 2 VMI students close by and I asked them what happened to the statue of Jackson? They said in order to protect it from vandalism it was relocated to the New Market Battlefield. This suddenly makes sense. This monument which has the inscription, "The Institute shall be heard from today," was not a quote attributable to New Market. Jackson was dead at this time. What a loving tribute that VMI loved their general so much that they moved him to the rightful ranks and protection of the cadets ❤️🫡

Not in someone’s car. Not anywhere. But for some Americans, guns seem to be part of family life, hunting, farms, sport shooting, or self-defense. So I want to understand: Was your first gun experience normal and boring? Scary? A family tradition? Or something only certain states really understan
