@evanhamilton Is it that the scope of what they expect to be able to accomplish as a result of community has changed? Perhaps as they are more precise about the community they want to engage there is an increase in expected outcome due to focused expertise?

@michael_eff Really good question! Maybe what I'm trying to get at is that simply connecting used to give them sufficient learning, but now the bar is higher? I wonder how I can phrase that better.
