Your 2019 M3P (HW3) should get it eventually, but international owners (Australia etc.) come **after** the US launch + local testing/approvals. Could be weeks/months later. FSD can see 2 or 3 big potholes side by side and still not slow down or go around them, even at speeds as low as 5 mph where the car has plenty of time to react.
