I’m trying to understand the tariff refund thing. Companies raised their prices to consumers in light of the tariff charges. But now those tariffs are getting refunded. So those companies will just have wound up making way more money on the backs of everyday people.

@BillAckman Privatize the TSA and outsource the function to regulated private sector actors who will maintain high safety standards. It’s got to be safer and more humane than the current arrangement. The TSA isn’t safe in the government’s hands, thanks to the Democrats.

Politicians should not be able to shut down our country’s critical infrastructure in an attempt to achieve a political outcome.

No voter ID, especially when combined with mail-in ballots, means the system is engineered to make fraud impossible to prove. Everyone knows that you can barely get through your week without showing ID for the most banal activities, like shopping at Costco. The only reason to ban ID is to hide massive voter fraud.
