It requires a probable cause warrant before the federal government can search your private data — even if that data is held by a third party.
Warrantless searches are unconstitutional.

Senator Schumer needs to get his facts straight. Democrats passed zero appropriations bills under his leadership. Republicans have passed all but one. Democrats had their chance to fund DHS but they refused. Now, we’re going to fund ICE and CBP for years.
