@TUIUK really bad comms regarding flight tom2700. Lied to at the boarding gate, told we'd have baggage on board. Site Ops then cannot guarantee a refund if we choose to get off. Can't tell us what we get as we've no personal hygiene, spare clothes, suncream or costumes. @BBCNews
