@Optus told me i could have s refund on my nbn bill after i told them i was going to ACCC and then conveniently the chat got disconnected (my mobile service also with optus. cant wait to be finished on that contract!) then its off to literally any other provider

Thanks for clarifying. Optus 4G coverage is available in Adventure Bay with no known issues or maintenance occurring causing impacts to service/s however, there is no coverage for 5G meaning that you may see a fluctuation in service performance as traffic crosses the network. You may experience the same fluctuation is Bruny Island as 4G coverage is limited in the area. You can view our Network Coverage here → srkr.io/60114pf. – Dillon

@Optus i have spoken to optus multiple times re this. each time the bloke i talk to emails the techs ( or whoever) and says they will contact me. No one does. @Optus snd @Telstra are fighting over whose cable it is, so it justs there, on my driveway. @Optus has all this info.

@Optus, seriously, you need to find wiremen who actually take a little care in what they do. They left this aerial cable dangling, strewn out on the road, ready for an inattentive driver to get caught up in it with their vehicle. No wonder you have a public image problem.
