@TwitchSupport Since the ban his mental health has spiraled. He’s anxious, withdrawn, and unable to attend school. We’ve tried to appeal, but the process is opaque and unforgiving — especially for minors and those with disabilities.

New founders — Don’t hire a salesperson. NO ONE can sell your product/company as well as you do. You need to adapt your pitch (and product) to customer pain points. Hiring someone to do this will slow your go-to-market and limit your own knowledge of the space.

@vivianmshen Great advice!! I even made the mistake of having my marketing person write my pitch. Not recommended - no one can sell as well as a founder

@samaaron I completely agree - being an entrepreneur is so hard - and there are so many times I've wanted to throw in the towel - but I'm lucky to be in a position to even try!

If you're doing really well in life, winning prizes/honours, being successful etc. & you *haven't* made significant sacrifices/risks to get there... ...be aware that chances are, you're not just standing on the shoulders of giants but also on a massive pile of privilege & luck.
