So excited to say I’ve started a new position with the UK Sports Institute, as a full time physiotherapist for British Gymnastics. Whilst I’m sad to say goodbye to Elmhurst Ballet School, a place where I developed so much as a physio, I can’t wait to take on this new adventure!

I put the HCPC standards for physio notes into chat GPT and asked it to estimate the time a physio would take to complete them properly. This is it’s time estimate for documentation alone, not clinical time, and it is per patient, not per day. What do we think?!

Today is #POTS awareness day. Please get to know how it presents and learn to do some simple screening in your patients. It should not take 7 years to diagnose! I commonly spot it in hypermobile people and those diagnosed with FND✨

We did a similar (but more complicated version) with @lizbayleyphysio @emarlow89 ‘s foot&ankle course today, so definitely relevant for any future physios - (although make sure to only use wobble board in endstage rehab:)
