Damn, Musk looked rough in his deposition in the Twitter fraud case. Not surprised he lost. Yeah, dude, a company's stock goes up when it's disclosed that the richest person in the world is moving to acquire it. Duh.

i mean really how can you ignore covid exposure, these numbers have never been higher and more people join the chronic illness community every time a wave goes around. i get that its not politically convenient but its by far currently the biggest underlying cause (which can then create mold sensitivity etc)

This is absolutely insane. Mitochondrial transplants: “In the Parkinson's disease mouse model, after delivering mitochondrial capsules to the affected brain regions, the therapy effectively prevented continuous neuronal death, restored normal mitochondrial function in the brain region, and significantly improved the motor abilities of the model mice, nearly restoring them to normal levels.”
Mikhaila Peterson@MikhailaFuller

Mitochondrial research is the most interesting thing I’ve come across maybe ever. Ketogenic research and mold toxicity and psych med injury is all fascinating (and some of it horrible) but it all seems to converge on mitochondrial dysfunction. The research coming out in this area is revolutionary.

@_VFK_DAA Probably neuroimmune is underlying even if persistent infection but the idea of retraining is offensive

WARNING LongCovid community: Dr. Blitshteyn’s dismissal of cardiovascular/endothelial pathology as "not common" is a major red flag. By framing LC as purely "neuroimmune," she empowers brain retraining grifters and gaslights those with structural damage. Theard below.

@amyrochlin Neuro immune related pathologies may or may not need specific therapies. Neuro immune is kind of a black box because it's highly differential. Less able to predict with a specific more algo and more model the behavior with a neural net

Long COVID shows a substantive increase in platelet–monocyte aggregates. These are cells where platelets stick to immune cells, a sign of active clotting and immune activation. More platelets are attaching to each cell → consistent with a stronger, ongoing signal. Persistent thromboinflammation. It’s measurable. It’s biological. And it may help stratify biologically distinct subtypes of Long COVID and other IACC's. The more deeply we subtype, the more precisely we can target treatments leading to effective response. biorxiv.org/content/10.648…

@goddek I work in a high exposure environment. I was healthier getting boosters than constantly reinfected. Much healthier. I plan to get them again, the novovax which apparently has less side effects

I don’t know if anyone will even care about what I’m saying now but the truth is harsher than any person can imagine. A large number of children in Gaza are being born with shocking deformities: open spine defects, severe heart abnormalities, missing limbs, deformed heads, and faces that look as if they were burned inside the womb. They come into the world already marked by the war before they even take their first breath. Mothers have been inhaling rocket gases and toxic smoke for months, drinking water contaminated with explosives residue, and living on soil saturated with toxins. I saw photos and videos myself of children in extremely difficult conditions unbearable to look at. Babies screaming in pain during their first hours of life, their tiny bodies horribly deformed. Doctors say they have never seen such cases in their entire lives, and they warn: “These deformities are unprecedented and will increase because of the pollution.” Here, we don’t just suffer from hunger and epidemics we are giving birth to an entire broken generation from the moment they are born. We live inside a giant prison, deprived of medicine, clean food, electricity, and even the basic right to have healthy children.

Clavicular planned this walk off. He’s done this exact move in other interviews. He’s ended the last several of his interviews with the walk off. He knows it gets engagement and discussion (clearly) and it drives traffic to both parties. It’s a money move.

Gravely concerned by reports #Israel cabinet in April approved 34 new settlements in occupied West Bank – the highest number ever approved at one time. This continues the sharp upward trend of unlawful settlement building that extends & consolidates Israel's annexation of occupied Palestinian territory. Israel must immediately cease the establishment & expansion of settlements, & reverse its settlement policies by evacuating all settlers & ending the occupation of Palestinian territory.

@noahkaufmanmd @MichaelAlbertMD By that logic, all medications should be OTC. Why do we need doctors at all? People can do their own research and decide what they need on their own. After all, they know their own bodies better than you do.

It's biologically plausible that BPC-157 promotes cancer via its angiogenic properties. Right now, the only way we'll know is after people develop cancer through recreational, gray market use. If you don't recognize how problematic that is, I don't know what to tell you.

This is how the transition begins. A worker wears a camera.
The system learns the task from a human point of view.
Then the task becomes repeatable by machines at scale. People are not ready for how fast this could move.

This is probably the most interesting way to talk about post labor society: show a normal guy living inside it. This is Eli in 2039, walking through Aurora asking real sounding people what the transition from labor to post labor life felt like. Here is the 2 minute future vlog.

This photo op doesn’t land right now. Everyone’s broke, doordashing, onlyfansing, prediction market gambling, to make ends meet and Trump handing out a $100 tip to an older lady who still has to work is bad optics. Like “Here buy yourself a tank of gas. Good luck. Enjoy the war.”
