@reesetheone1 That’s literally not how elections work. All states are different and not winning against a sitting governor in one state doesn’t erase her lead in national polls or her 7 point lead over Newsom in favorability

If you can’t win your own home state, you can’t win a primary.

@Anokataxs Yes it does and she can easily win the nomination without it. “Being weak in her home state” she is a national figure much like the democratic primary is national. It’s not a “red flag” she has not served as CA state elected since 2016 where you are actually on the ground

@progressforusa California has a large amount of delegates however this isn’t about winning it. This is about being weak in your own homestate. It’s a red flag if you know anything about national primaries

From what I can tell, none of the big left leaning podcasts — mostly hosted by white guys — platformed Lt Gov Juliana Stratton, even though she supports Medicare for All, abolishing ICE, and changing out Dem leadership. 🤷‍♀️ 🤷‍♀️ 🤷‍♀️

After much reflection, I have decided to resign from my position as Director of the National Counterterrorism Center, effective today. I cannot in good conscience support the ongoing war in Iran. Iran posed no imminent threat to our nation, and it is clear that we started this war due to pressure from Israel and its powerful American lobby. It has been an honor serving under @POTUS and @DNIGabbard and leading the professionals at NCTC. May God bless America.
