1. Neonatal deaths have increased 10 fold yet your people keep lying to the court and refusing to negotiate.
2. A patient died at Moyale hospital today because the facility is not functional at all.

The Cardiac Center of Ethiopia successfully performed its first redo Bentall procedure with hemiarch replacement in a 14-hour long cardiac surgery. The procedure was carried out by a local cardiac team led by Dr. Fekede Agwar in a 25-year-old male patient.

The entire health sector in Kirinyaga is at its lowest. Workers go for months without pay, are never promoted and are a victimised rot. They cannot even agitate for better welfare for the fear of being sacked.

Kerugoya Medical Centre is the kind of facility that makes people lose faith in SHA. Patients walk in, get pre-qualified under SHA, then are still charged the full amount out of pocket. At the same time, the facility proceeds to claim reimbursement from SHA. This is not just malpractice. It is exploitation. Ukora has now been verified on record. Action will follow. Because beyond policy and systems, there must be something called humanity. This will stand as a painful example to such hospitals. What annoys me is that one of the victims who reached out via FB inbox, with evidence, even had to sell a cow to access treatment, yet SHA was paying everything. Apana, this is wrong.
