I am a US customer and have bought a US annual pack gift card. Zee5 is not letting me redeem the gift card. What can I do. Is there a good way to file a complaint and escalate this.

Hi Sir/Madam, I got a show cause notice which says PVR review, as by the time police came for verification to my home I had already left for US. Please suggest me the necessary steps to get this rectified.
