@MTF_Mobility Channasandra main road is in a bad state since last couple of years. This is the situation of the road after a small rainfall yesterday (complete waterlogged). Even after raising multiple complaints, we don't see any progress here. #RoadSafety #waterlogged

@makemytripcare Please reply to my chats which you have started and kept the customer dwindling there. There is no response to the query which I am asking and the response provided by your team is so much confusing. There is no response provided over call or mail.

@GoFirstairways It’s been more than 2 week since we requested the refund and have sent all the required emails to your helpdesk, but still no response. We demand a prompt resolution. @consumerforum_ @jagograhakjago @DGCAIndia We kindly request your assistance in resolving this.

@GoFirstairways I still don’t see any output from the query I have been raising for past 1 week. Playing with customers trust and their money is not acceptable. I would request @consumercourtin @DGCAIndia @jagograhakjago to look into this matter and help us out.

@GoFirstairways Only thing they mentioned is to drop mail to feedback@flygofirst.com which I already did and still waiting for the response and my refund. The case is so simple but the team is still holding my money and I don’t understand for what reason.

@FedExIndia Worst customer service! It is been a month and I still did not receive my parcel yet. Everytime I contact the agents they give false confirmation that it will be delivered quickly!! But all in vain.. #worstcustomerservice#fedex#hopeless

Even I experienced the same situation. They came back saying that I have to check with my Bank for deductions. So irresponsible!!! No proper customer care number and even the toll free number is charged higher and useless!! Please improve your Customer care service @ZoomCarIndia
