@ODEONHelp It was a genuine error on my behalf that I hadn’t used any of the vouchers as I clearly didn’t realise they had to be used up within 6 months ( probably in the small print ), it was my fault and I simply asked as a gesture of goodwill to give me 2 tickets thanks

Have to say @ODEONCinemas suck . bought 5 tickets £40, in offer didn’t realise expired 6 mths. My fault but as hadn’t used asked cust servs gesture of goodwill for 2 free tickets as I’d donated £40 to them, response No they are the rules , very poor but happy to take my cash
