@Supercuts However, I've been waiting for 45 minutes already. I wish they would have just been honest with their wait time when I came in and I could have adjusted my plans. Just be honest with your customers. If you're over capacity, just own it.

@Supercuts Westminster, CO on 120th: Their online system rarely works. Generally, the people there are very nice. However, I came in today, and they told me 15 minutes which would be fine.

@VirginAmerica HNL must be hungover today. The ticketing team showed up 10 minutes late to open and 15 minutes later still aren't checking people in. Only one kiosk works. Messy ,messy
