The national broadcaster and those in the know say there’s a serious weather event in Ireland. They issued warnings about it over the last few days. What serious weather event? I haven’t seen much evidence of it so far

@DubNorthside @RTEsport A crazy decision. It will be the death knell of underage and junior football. If the FAI could give financial help to clubs like the GAA and the rugby do, it would be a greater help to the game. Instead they work against the clubs.

The FAI general assembly vote for the aligned football calendar passed by 74 votes to 56 tonight.

@RTEsport A major mistake. We tried this before and it was an unmitigated disaster. Less numbers will end up playing the game. It’s like scoring an own goal. Will not work in Country areas, competing with GAA.

@EmerHigginsTD Terrible slow service Emer, had a guy last week, it took 10 days and he missed his flights. In this day and age 3 or 4 days should be the norm. Working from home does not work. That is my opinion.
