@dougboneparth Tell her congrats, but $1.2B is what happens when you skip the banker. Should've let it slip that Snapple was also in the data room. That lemonade stand was a 3x bid away from generational wealth. She left a lot on the sidewalk. Hope she ran it 5 years for QSBS though.
