Now that the year is coming to end. Let me tell you what I went through and almost overcome this year I had mild scalp Psoriasis for past 4+ years. That is mostly seasonal, occurs only in winters and by summers I didn't had any traces.

𝗜𝗡𝗙𝗟𝗔𝗠𝗠𝗔𝗧𝗜𝗢𝗡 🔵 Inflammation is your body's response to something it doesn't like, like an Infection or an Injury. It's the body trying to heal itself. 🔵 If you knocked your toe against the wall you will get some swelling. That is Inflammation. 🔵 But if you keep hitting your toe every single day for many years, inflammation will pile up & you will likely lose your toe. 🔵 That is the difference between Acute Inflammation & Chronic Inflammation. 🔵 Acute Inflammation is short term & protective. Chronic Inflammation is detrimental! 🔵 Chronic Inflammation is the driving force behind almost all illnesses. 🔵 The most common signs of Inflammation in your body include. ▶️ Chronic Fatigue ▶️ Swelling ▶️ Joint Pain ▶️ Gut issues ▶️ Brain Fog ▶️ Skin issues ▶️ Puffy Face 🔵 There are several blood tests that can help determine the level of inflammation in your body. 1️⃣ 𝗖- 𝗥𝗲𝗮𝗰𝘁𝗶𝘃𝗲 𝗣𝗿𝗼𝘁𝗲𝗶𝗻: CRP is a protein produced in the liver. It is an acute phase reactant, meaning it's value change with the current levels of Inflammation. There are 2 kinds of CRP test. hs- CRP is the better option to assess CVD risk. 2️⃣ 𝗘𝗿𝘆𝘁𝗵𝗿𝗼𝗰𝘆𝘁𝗲 𝗦𝗲𝗱𝗶𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗥𝗮𝘁𝗲 (𝗘𝗦𝗥): When your body is inflamed, red blood cells stick together. ESR is a test that measures how fast your red blood cells sink to the bottom of a test tube over the course of an hour. Higher ESR means more Inflammation currently. 3️⃣ 𝗙𝗲𝗿𝗿𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗻: Ferritin is a storage protein for iron. During Infection, the body responds by producing more hepcidin. This reduces iron in the blood circulation & converts it into ferritin, so that invading pathogens don't grow (they need iron). 4️⃣ 𝗛𝗼𝗺𝗼𝗰𝘆𝘀𝘁𝗲𝗶𝗻𝗲: Homocysteine is an amino acid produced in the body as a result of methionine metabolism. In excess it signifies vascular inflammation. Higher homocysteine levels makes it easier for blood to clot. 5️⃣ 𝗙𝗮𝘀𝘁𝗶𝗻𝗴/𝗣𝗣 𝗜𝗻𝘀𝘂𝗹𝗶𝗻: This one is not typically considered an inflammatory marker (feel free to disagree). But given the vital role of Insulin in the body & considering that excess Insulin in the body inevitably leads to Inflammation, excess Insulin levels is very much a sign of Inflammation. 🔵 It is very much possible for one marker to be normal, while others are elevated, depending on the cause & nature of Inflammation. 🔵 Stop abusing your body relentlessly. Reduce Inflammation!

విశ్వావసు నామ సంవత్సరం ముగిసి పరాభవ లోకి అడుగుపెట్టబోతున్నాం, సింహావలోకనం చేసుకుంటే, విశ్వావసు ఎన్నో తీపి జ్ఞాపకాలను మిగిల్చింది. ఎప్పటి నుండో అనుకుంటున్న, స్ట్రెంత్ ట్రైనింగ్ (strength training) మొదలు పెట్టగలిగాను. ఒక సంవత్సరం పాటు దాదాపుగా దానిని ఆచరిస్తూనే వచ్చాను 1/n

పుష్య మాసం మొదలు నా స్క్రీన్ టైమ్ (screen time), సోషల్ మీడియా టైమ్ బాగా తగ్గించి స్థిరంగా అలాగే కొనసాగించగలుగుతున్నాను, పుస్తక పఠనం బాగా సాగుతుంది. ఇంతకు మించి ఏమీ కోరుకోలేను. పరాభవం కూడా ఇలాగే దిగ్విజయంగా జరిగితే బాగున్ను 4/n

After long time spending with various tools I can't predict what happens to Jobs etc. I will leave that to people who wants to sell AI across all industries In short run, I would say AI tools would test the limits of people's belief in "Fail fast and Fail often" philosophy
