Appreciate the X revenue sharing program! I actually end up passing it along to local charities I like, but don't normally share. I'm especially a big fan of local pet shelters, since my dog passed away last year and I'm still not completely over it. And addressing homelessness too, since I did make a lot of homeless friends back at UC Berkeley. At a certain point, you don't need more money. But it does help maximize the positive impact you can have, which is why I'm still on X (and not retiring, which I can do). It just feels fulfilling to live an honest life, be true to yourself, and see how much of a positive change you can make in this world before you go? My goal on X has always been how to help the retail investor the most... compared to traditional models of selling every single piece of alpha to institutions first. Actions speak louder than words, hence why subscriptions are $1 and I publish all my ideas/thought process for free to everyone here (even though I could charge $50). So people can do what I do themselves when I leave one day! In terms of next steps, I thought it would be fun if retail had the exact same edge as Citadel and the other hedge funds? So I was planning on releasing custom LLMs for free (I was a research scientist in the past you know) and using the extra subscription revenue to subsidize compute/data costs. Think it will be fun!

Nynomic up 19% today! My post yesterday outlined my modelling on their Nymomic, and their LayTec subsidiary. TLDR: - Nynomic (LayTec) are an undervalued chokepoint in InP/GaN MOCVD via $AIXA ramp - At only 1.3x EV/Sales vs. names like $ONTO (10.7x) & $CAMT (13.8x) As with any microcap, I expect significant volatility ahead. But my modelling has built conviction that the market is yet to properly price-in LayTec. Congrats to all who were earlier than me!

Thoughts on Nynomic ($M7U) at €145M MC: Caution: this is a numbers-heavy post where I walk through some of my modelling. No one’s really covered this on X since Nynomic doesn’t disclose subsidiary rev/margins. TLDR: Nynomic is very cheap at current 1.3x multiples vs metrology peers like $ONTO (10.7x) & $CAMT (13.8x). For a v. quick summary of the bull thesis: - Asymmetric exposure to photonics supercycle via their LayTec subsidiary - chokepoint in InP/GaN MOCVD via $AIXA ramp - $AIXA is 80–90% of global MOCVD Onto financials… -> By triangulating data points, I get to ~€15M revenue for LayTec in FY25: LayTec has ~800 installed reactors globally (based on customer list + historical $AIXA shipments + 25 years of sales) - New-reactor ASP: €95k / reactor - New reactors attached/yr (global MOCVD share, $AIXA + part of $VECO): ~100 units - New sensor revenue: 100 × €95k = ~€9.5M/yr - Service/software renewals: ~10–12% of installed base annually at €20–30k each = ~€1.5–3M/yr - Etch endpoint: ~€1–3M/yr -> Looking fwd to 2026: $AIXA Q126 orders were €171M at >65% opto mix. Call it €111M of opto equipment orders in a single quarter. If $AIXA’s FY26 opto revenue runs at ~€350M (conservative 62.5% of the €560M guide), and LayTec attaches at conservative 3–4% of reactor value on new orders: - That implies €10–14M of incremental LayTec revenue over the 2027–2028 recognition window. - So LayTec could reach €22–28M in FY27 layered on top of the ~€15M base I walked through above. Imo, the stock is starting to price in that inflection now. And consequently gives Nynomic a 1.3x EV/Sales multiple. That is very cheap against metrology pure-plays but fair against companies like Jenoptik who deal w/ photonics in Europe also. Imo, Metrology names would be a better/conservative comparison since the Nynomic group is ~80% photonics + ~20% metrology which acts as a drag on the financials. So I ultimately see Nynomic re-rating towards metrology names at least, like $ONTO/ $CAMT who have multiples of 10.7x & 13.8x. Especially if LayTec proves materially higher-growth and higher-margin than the wider Nynomic group. -> I currently hold a position in Nynomic.

Going forward, I will refrain from commenting on small-cap stocks. The Unitika case made me reflect on the fact that, whether I intended it or not, my remarks may have had a meaningful impact on the market. It also made me realize that my influence may be far greater than I had expected, and I will approach this issue with greater caution and deeper reflection going forward.

Equal weighted long on the ecosystem from their presentation might not be a bad idea? I still find it funny how everything publicly listed is trading in the tens of billions. Then there's some small Swedish laser company there next to $LITE.

Digitimes: $GLW leads glass core substrate vs. KCC and LX Glass "Glass core substrates ... are key to next-generation advanced semiconductor packaging". On top of its structural importance, the commercialization timeline for glass core packaging seems to be accelerating as well. We're close to H2 and 2027 is probably the inflection point. I do have positions in the glass core names upstream, but recent news confirms the importance.

$LPK I think I just found a strong link between LPKF and Unimicron. Unimicron is known for doing substrate work extremely closely with TSMC, and is currently supplying glass substrate samples to AMD. Unimicron has also done glass work with names like Qualcomm and Corning in the past. The link goes like this: LPKF -> JWMT -> Unimicron First, it is well-known that JWMT sources equipment from LPKF. I will attach some reports in the comments to make the point, but this is very well-known. Currently, it looks like LPKF is the sole supplier for the laser tech for JWMT's branded process called LMCE. Now the more interesting data point comes from an interview with the CEO of JWMT, where he says this: "As for our customer base, in Korea there are obviously large substrate makers like Samsung Electro-Mechanics and LG Innotek as potential customers. [..] In Taiwan, where substrate capabilities are strong, companies like UMTC (Unimicron Technology Corporation), Nan Ya, Tripod, and others—we have already been doing co-development work with major players for years." And note that they are emphasizing "co-development work with major players for years"! Another interesting data point - which is weak by itself but is a bit stronger now in context - is the explicit mention of LIDE in a 2025 Unimicron paper. If I had to guess, Unimicron is probably dual sourcing the process with JWMT (and thus LPKF) and E&R.

My current $SIVE portion (30% of initial core) will be my hold for years. The value unlocked in a potential US listing is too good to pass on. While the valuations mentioned on X ($10B by @aleabitoreddit) are on the bullish side, they are not impossible.

this OpenClaw bot finds warehouses with old roofs, renders solar panels on their actual building, and books the owner a call, all on autopilot... here's how commercial roofers can close $2M+ deals before the solar tax break ends: - scans thousands of commercial roofs via satellite - scores each building by roof age & urgency - pulls exact panel count from Google Solar API - finds the real owner (not the property manager) - calculates their federal credit to the dollar - renders a video of panels materializing on their roof - ships a personalized proposal - fully automated end to end every day that passes is money off the table. reply "ROOF" + RT and i'll send you the full breakdown so you can build this too (must be following so i can DM)

Putting the finishing touches to my thesis on a Japanese company that basically has a monopoly on the PCB supply chain. Been focused on Taiwan recently (more Taiwanese research is in the works), but Japan is probably just as juicy? This company is one that I've held a position in since last year, but given the upcoming catalysts around glass core substrates, I've decided to re-look at my thesis and format it up for @X
