Ekrad-i Turkmen (that’s the correct term) refers to nomadic Kurdish tribes during the Ottoman period. They are not actual Turkmens, but regular Kurds from the western Euphrates region. In fact, some of the highest Iranian-scoring samples can be found among people from these tribes.

@takanodan11 @kurtunlucepni @asteraex Baghdadis and those in sabalan are each other's relatives man xD yes baghdadis moved out of there but its like saying those kurmanji speakers in khorasan aren't related to the ones in dersim .

@simurgh_the @kurtunlucepni @asteraex like I said the Baghdadi ones are mixed with Kurds/Laks. One of the two subdivisions of them it literally called "Lek". Of course in recent years they became very persianized.
However that has nothing to do with the Moghan Shahsevan. No Lak found among them,

@takanodan11 @kurtunlucepni @asteraex They are related they were moved there by shah abbas to karkuk then moved back into iran by nader shah also qizilbash had many alavi kurds im suprised you question this. And yes I am baghdadi shahsevan i know this from my grandfather.

Plus iran lost western side of kurdistan after defeat of shah ismail at battle or chaldoran its a unfortunate turn of event but its the real history. Why do you think there are kurmanji speakers in north khorasan when their original homeland was on the other side of iran?

Iran had kurdish dynasties maybe you should look up karim khan zand ? Some kurds even say sassanids were kurds according to themselves but modern kurds got most of their language is from parthian anyway its not like non of your ancestors ever rulled over iran.

If Kurds are Iranian so let's Kurds rule all Iran and Persians?? Only an Eastern part of Kurdistan under Iran's occupation, What about Kurds in North Kurdistan?? Why don't you say that a Kurmanji Kurd is an Iranian? Or you ( Iranians) are just afraid of Kurds identity.
