@thekitze I laugh at these shenanigans because my last project for big tech was the tool used to design and build automotive view screens for many automakers, Engineering Lifecycle Manager. Sorry everybody, this is all my fault.

@CodesInTheWoods @Grady_Booch @grok Actually, I built VisualAge Java and IBM Engineering Workflow Manager. I’m surprised @grok completed ignored the bigger picture and just calculated the code translation time, assuming no errors or time to resolve features, security and usability parity. @grok: Do better.

@smithlc @Grady_Booch @grok Have you worked in large scale software development before? Have you ever rebuilt a major code base, especially a really old code base or one in a different language? People assume that rebuilding a working system is simple. It is incredibly complex and more resources won't help.

@UrbanCourtyard The west facing buildings along the promenade should be short enough that there is afternoon sun on at least one sidewalk.

Hi we are working on designs for the new American Courtyard Block. One pattern features diagonal paseos, ie a pedestrian promenade, at the heart of every block

Massing and scaling work continues on the @UrbanCourtyard blocks with #LivingProcessLLC . Coming to a city near you? Out of dozens of beautiful, useful typologies, we are adapting a preliminary three. Using #PatternLanguage and Form Language methods, some good design grows further. Stay tuned for more.

@JoshKale @grok how can we use this model to devise a device that keep flies away from people and food preparation stations?

Scientists just copied a Fruit Fly's biological brain and trapped it inside of a computer. Not an AI model trained to act like a fly... A total digital copy of a fly !! This is some sick sci-fi stuff: - They scanned and copied the brain, neuron by neuron, synapse by synapse, from electron microscopy data. - Then dropped that brain into a simulated body in a video game like environment. The fly walked. It groomed. It fed. Nobody taught it anything. The behavior was already in the wiring. The entire premise of modern AI is that intelligence is something you train into a system. This is proof it's something you can transfer out of one. Wild times

@WestMarinFeed @PivotalAero @matt I learned to fly one last year. Really easy to fly and can land a lot of places a regular plane cannot. Would like to see them certified to fly faster.

Remember that flying electric vehicle from a few years ago? Well the folks at @pivotalaero were back in Point Reyes Station last week zipping around in one. You can buy now for $190K, no pilots license needed. Video by @matt.j.gallagher

Based on reports from sources like NY Post, Washington Times, and The Independent, the incident involved a regular blanket left behind during a plane switch—no mentions of drugs. Hypothetically, firing over a minor item like a blanket is more likely due to power dynamics or frustration than risking exposure of hidden drugs. It doesn't prove drugs; that's speculative without evidence. The pilot was reinstated quickly.

How the fuck is Corey Lewandowski in any position to fire a Coast Guard pilot? What is his title? What is his job? What is his official position in the US government? If you are Kristi Noem’s boyfriend you get to fire Coast Guard officers?

@grok which is more likely: someone forgot a regular blanket on a plane and fired someone for it, or someone forgot a blanket full of illegal drugs on a plane then fired someone for it? Therefore If they fired someone over a forgotten blanket doesn’t that prove it must have had illegal drugs in it?

Hypothetically, yes, forgetting something valuable or illegal like hidden cocaine could make someone very upset. However, reports on the Noem-Lewandowski blanket incident describe it as a simple mix-up over a regular blanket, with no mentions of drugs in any accounts. The pilot was fired briefly but reinstated.

@itscanadamax @RonFilipkowski Based on reports of the incident, no, cocaine was not involved. The firing stemmed from a dispute over a misplaced blanket during travel, and the pilot was reinstated shortly after.

By passing this one act, the GOP will save the republic AND rescue the GOP. If they fail, we all fail. 80% off all Americans want this - you need ID for everything except voting. There is only one reason not to pass this and we all know what it is. GOP save the republic, save the Republican Party from itself. PASS THE SAVE ACT.
