My hotel TV was acting up. The engineer (good guy) came and fixed it and then got into the game and stayed for the last 5 minutes. He'd never watched a hockey game before.

@brettbergie Sure did! I have company from out of town so nice to show them around on our e-bikes. And after so much smoke this year, enjoyed the blue skies and clean air.

@smwig @Liz_ORiordan Massive headaches -even worse than before, severe constipation, spaciness, depression, dizziness, dry mouth, lack of appetite, nauseous, backache, bright, yellow urine.

All done. Botox for migraine prevention. And I know now I’m meant to take a huge dose of aspirin 900mg or Ibuprofen (800mg) with a Triptan and metaclopramide when I next get a migraine. Because your stomach stops working most of the NSAID isn’t absorbed which is why you take a larger dose and the metaclopamide helps with that more than the nausea

@JDjardines1 @Liz_ORiordan I just started Aimovig. What problems did you have with it?

@Liz_ORiordan Triptans are amazing, but don’t always work for me. I tried Aimovig, it was horiffic. Never again. In lieu of metaclopramide, I take Zofran…and ASA. Migraines are awful. I had them before beginning Letrozole, now they’re worse.

@Sean_Tuff @TuffStephanie I’d like to try this. I’m unfit and slow but would enjoy meeting and riding with new people. But I don’t want to hold everyone up.

My urethra, on the other hand, must be as slippery as a banana peel because I pee my pants on the regular now and am on a wait list to see a urologist. Meds no longer helping I am only 54 wahhh

Took advantage of the second last day of the highway closed to cars to cycle Banff to Johnston Canyon. Calgarians are blessed to have this backyard playground.
