@wayfair, your bot sends me the supervisors extension but you cannot even enter an extension at the number you provided. Another call with customer service today with no avail. Do better @wayfair - so unacceptable.

Ordered a @HouseOfRohl shower system from @Wayfair on July 5. Came two weeks later with 9 missing pieces. Now they can’t even find the new order. Unbelievably poor service that I’m shocked at @wayfair. Only one supervisor can find the order, but no response to any emails. HELP
