@British_Airways I can’t add them, it asks for an email address to verify and a baby does not have an email address. The household account small print also states children under two can’t be added to the account.

@northernassist train this morning was cancelled so I didn’t travel. How do I request a refund. Your website is really unclear.

@LNER Thanks. When I submitted my delay repay with LNER you said it was for @northernassist and denied my claim. northern denied my claim and said it was you. I’ve since appealed and emailed and no one has replied. My journey was on 13 November how can I be compensated?
