Very sad about the passing of Mike Kattan. He was a terrific human being, valued colleague, and a beloved chair. Im still in shock over the sudden loss of my friend. Deep condolences to his family and all those who knew him and were the better for it.

Question for anyone out there doing outpatient RARP (or other lap / robo cases) -- do you as the surgeon have any financial incentive to do the case as outpatient? Or is it just a question of savings for the hospital?

Hi brain trust- how do you get off stains on a sheet pan that are extremely extremely burnt into it? I read some online advice and tried overnight soak of baking soda and hydrogen peroxide followed by scrubbing and it didn't work at all.

78 yo healthy man with PSA 25, previously negative MRI targeted Bx 8 years ago for PSA 7, negative targeted Bx 4 years ago for PSA 9. PSA 15 in 2021. Now Bx GG3 in 2 cores 4 and 12 mm and GG2 in 3/3 from the MRI target in 4,7,6 mm. 73 mL prostate.
