@bravehearts64 @TonyLaneNV He was correct to do that. He could have taken a pain killer 3 days earlier and it would have shown up in a urinalysis. So refusing the urine test was wise. Doesn’t prove he was under the influence.

@TonyLaneNV These charges will be dropped. The fact that he blew clean pretty much assures that. His lethargic demeanor can easily be explained by the fact he was in a rollover crash.
