I have no desire to be fit so I can post shirtless pictures online. I want to be fit so I can: • Run after my kid for 20 minutes and not need a break • Pick up heavy bags without thinking twice • Say yes to a hike, a game, a challenge on the spot • Walk into any room knowing my body can handle life That is the goal. But a flight of stairs exposes you. You notice it when carrying groceries. Climbing stairs. Playing with your kids. The truth: You practiced quitting. Now its automatic. The fix: Pick one method. Cap the effort. Finish feeling like you could do more. Track one number. Total reps. Distance. Time. Beat it next week. Attach it to lifting. After every session. Same slot. No thinking. Rule: If you can skip it, you will. Make it automatic.

Fat loss gets easier when the rules fit real life. My rules: • Build every meal around protein • Repeat 2 meals and eat the 3rd with family • Lift 3 times per week • Walk daily. No negotiations. • Keep snacks out of the house • Protect sleep or expect worse cravings • Stay slightly hungry. Not wrecked. Simple rules. Easy to repeat.
