These are witnesses in a murder trial. Yet I continue to see content creators and some lawyers claim that this is protected by the First Amendment. I see them support him and fundraise for him. So I have a genuine question: How is threatening witnesses with public ruin, telling them their lives will be destroyed, and warning them they will be branded murderers if they don’t speak up considered protected speech? You have said it’s protected speech. You support him. So please explain. No insults. No name-calling. No changing the subject. IDC what you think about these particular witnesses. Just explain how threatening or pressuring WITNESSES in a murder trial is protected by the First Amendment. Question. Has anyone actually seen video footage or personally witnessed Jess going up to someone and asking them questions? The only time I’ve ever seen her get up in anyone’s face was when she backed her ass into Grant outside of court and then cried that he hit her. I’m happy to be proven wrong if there are examples of this “journalism”, but from what I’ve seen (including the couple times I’ve been in the same space as her), she tends to cower and avoid real confrontation.
