@citizentvkenya Everyone I know who has updated payments on SHA and visited a hospital has been served, that however does not mean SHA is working perfectly, there's numerous cases of pending bills to service providers and my problem with SHA is the increased contribution yet services are capped.
English

Sam: Have you used SHA?
Joe Nyutu: I thank God I have not had a challenge and pray that He will continue protecting my family and I #CitizenDayBreak

@GacheriNdumba Especially teenage boys from police harrassment and arrest.
Schoolgirls in uniform are sanctified. You touch one youll be lucky to live.
English

Beyond masking inequality uniforms also protect students when they’re out in public.
I’m also tired of having this discussion every five years.
IVY@ivymuthe
Members of Parliament are advocating for the abolition of mandatory school uniforms, proposing instead that students be allowed to attend classes in casual clothes brought from home. Do you think this is a good or a bad move?

@KijanayaKabras Ouko was killed by someone who was threatened by his rising popularity and that person was the same that finished Mboya. It wasn't Moi, wasn't Biwott.
English

Robert Ouko was at this hour just a few days about to be murdered. He had no idea of what was awaiting him, and the murderer was right there with him.

English

@Highest_Favor People actually believe that because of uniform kids from poorer families do feel better. It's as if seeing other students wearing same uniform as you miraculously makes you forget the empty stomach.
English

@Highest_Favor @wanguwamajani I realized that uniform topic is like trying to change someone's religion. People are so indoctrinated in it that any other opinion sounds completely foreign to them.
English

@wanguwamajani I think with non uniform maybe the option of thrifting might have been more affordable
Repeating shirts, same pair of shoes, old instruments, mode of transport etc

@georgediano There's that bladifakin coconut head who allowed those mongoloids to get Ids despite several warnings, that greedy man will be the end of Kenya.

In Garissa Town, there are reports of brewing violence targeting people perceived as Nywele ngumu. A few rogue individuals have allegedly been attacking and in some cases, killing non-Somalis. In an area known as Bula Medina, a woman identified mkamba was reportedly attacked, raped, and stabbed.
Her husband, together with neighbors who attempted to assist her, were also assaulted and are currently recuperating at Garissa Referral Hospital.
These attacks against non-Muslims have reportedly been ongoing for some time, with some individuals even using social media to incite others, telling non-Muslims to return to their ancestral homes based on the belief that Garissa belongs exclusively to somalis.
The picture below shows the County Commissioner visiting the victims. He is also said to be among those being targeted by the same rogue elements, who claim they do not want non-Somali commissioners, police officers, or OCS personnel in their areas.
But my question is, are these people ready for nywele ngumu retaliation if we decide to go that route. Somalis are good people, but you see these imbeciles that came from Somali & issued with IDs illegally, they're terrorists & we are very ready for them. If this nonsense doesn't stop, very soon Kenya might turn into South Africa. Chesaa!!

@joelduke7 @kafangi Is it FA's fault that City and Crystal palace had European engagements?
English

@kafangi am a man u fan,but it has been a concern, the last 3 games ,man u has been playing on Monday or Sunday evening, that's cheating, also FA is making sure Man city has a game in hand in order to rig that game or they play after Arsenal's game in order to corrupt game officials

@robbald59417351 @0xgaut Please visit Kenya and see bandits running 4hrs straight barefoot or in sandals made from old tires patched together with nails.
English

@0xgaut Really its just the advanced shoes these people wear nowadays that give them the advantage. Put them in footwear from a few years ago and they wouldn't stand a chance. The footwear should get the medals really.

@FerdyOmondi Ruto is loved everywhere in the country but those who hate him are way too many. The only way he gets the majority vote is if his only opponent will be Murkomen
English

My take: The govt let this rally happen (an atrocious thing to say, because freedom of movement should be guaranteed, which it isn't) to gauge how popular Linda Mwananchi is in the Lake region.
Optics matter, and this can't be brushed off, whatever 'paid' spin you put on it.
Ruto is interested in the popular vote. Doesn't matter to him who holds the cards. What matters is whether the cardholder can bring the votes to his stable.
There is no Bible that says Luo votes must go to Ruto via Oburu's camp. That is key.
And after Raila, there is no guarantee that any of his survivors can whip all of Luo Nyanza to one poll bucket.
Which is why the pro-zoning team is desperate to lock out interested parties from "ODM zones", whatever that means.
I am not buying the idea that this region will vote itself out of government after years of marginalisation, unless the next vote guarantees 'pawa'.
ODM may yet vote for Ruto; the question is, which ODM?
If someone else can influence the people outside of the status quo one way or another, for Ruto or elsewhere - and signs are there that there are a few- a lot of 'big' Luo Nyanza heads will roll in 2027.
Yote tisa, kumi ni, uko kadi?

BTW, sisi wa broad based hata hatujasikia vibaya. Lakini hawa vijana wa boda walituuza! Walikula pesa wakahepa. Omolo naye alikataa kuleta teargas. Polisi wanaangalia tu na tuko kwa sirikali. Tutatuma report kwa Ruto. Tunataka zoning. Tunataka pawa.

@Tr3blig_ @MihrThakar It wasn't a fake story but they paid some people to get the story.

@martinnsSzn I think the Charity Shield should be Champions of Premier League v Champions of Championship. Great day out for them.
English

@djeduhmaks We must keep the tradition, JKIA was named after the greatest pilot Kenya has ever had and Kasarani was named after the legendary boxer.
English

Talanta Stadium cannot be named after an athlete. The inside of the stadium doesn't have a running track. It's meant for football and Rugby.
Dr. Rutto Kiprono@Arap_Turitik
Talanta Stadium should be named after a Kenyan sportsperson not a political figure.
English

@Teddy_on_point @Jovianiso @MaxVersecond @Ritchiekama22 @ivymuthe Let's give it a try, if it fails we go back to uniforms. From AI on developed Nordic countries... "Many of these countries prefer focusing on comfort, self-expression, and reducing costs for families, rather than enforcing a strict dress code."
Let's try.
English

@syghmo @Jovianiso @MaxVersecond @Ritchiekama22 @ivymuthe Okay sir you win, I can't argue against your massive intellectual... Good for you
English

@laikasnewlife No. Tanzanian names are things like Mwanambirikimo, Gladness, Errioti, Lightning Mungutosha, Suluhu etc.
Eesti

@Dokuh9 @ForensicsKuria @laikasnewlife I wouldn't be surprised if Unasahau Mtimbezi was someones full name.

@Weeleey6 His security, if any, dis not advice him well.
