@pocketcasts (I am a paid sub - it's just a problem with the app I've had for the longest time. I just want to randomise my comedy podcasts that have no concurrency, without the extra friction of adding to Up Next, then later removing it all when I need to change it..)

@pocketcasts I don't use Up Next like that though; I don't know what I want to listen to any given day to add hundreds of podcasts for variance. I just want to go into a particular podcast, hit 'Play Random' and it play all randomly - played, archived, etc.

@chloeboboe @birdmoder You are absolutely not even close to recovery for something like a brow shave or genioplasty. Bone takes a long, long time to recover. You could be 4-10 weeks out from NOW.

@FemmeVoicePath @ThatOneLynkz This _still_ means nothing, especially without a musical background or any kind of similar interests. I need alignment, I need direction and defined goals. ‘Try doing’ and ‘experiment with’ are far, far too nebulous.

@ThatOneLynkz Try focusing on air flow first. Many people lean too far into resonance which gives it that super buzzy sound. Try doing a *very* breathy voice and work up those muscles so that when it's paired with some of that nasality, it comes out smoother!

Voice training can absolutely be hard! But it can be less hard by being creative around it's challenges: - Have references! Ideally 3-5 different voices. Write down an adjective you like about each voice! - Read dialogue aloud! It's more engaging than repetition! cont. ⬇️

@aetinx @catkaldir No, it’s just quite traumatic to the inside of your mouth. Eating is very hard for a few weeks.

PSA: Some surgeries (FFS/BBL) put you on a semi liquid diet, or make you sleep upright / on your back. Don't wait until surgery to transition to this. Try your diet, and sleep on your back a week or two before surgery. Get used to it earlier. It'll be hard enough to eat and sleep from surgery. Liquid food diets can really upset your stomach at first. You'll be suffering enough from surgery, don't add to it. Get used to probiotics in your daily diet now. Kefir is even mostly lactose free.

@EchoFaustMaus God, I'm so sorry for just replying randomly but I need to know what this genre of music is and how I find more of it. It's beautiful and I listen to a few MMORPG's just to feel it again, but modern genres don't seem to hit. It's not exactly aero frutiger either..

I feel this is what getting to some futuristic area in some early 00s RPG that's just overly clean and bright for some reason, sounds like.

@pocketcasts, a quick suggestion! My sleep timer - one that ends at the end of the episode - should trigger ‘mark as played’ and ‘auto-archive’ if selected. Right now it ends with 1s left and I have to manually updated that each morning so my devices don’t try and play it! ☺️
