@AndrewKolvet Shes deceiving. In Alaska you have to have a state issued ID to sign up for the Permanente fund, a drivers license, insurance, hospital, doctors office, school, to fly on a plane.
All adults that are citizens have a state issued ID.

She's explaining why it's apparently TOO HARD to overcome logistical and geographical issues because of sled dogs and other things far less important than our nation's sovereignty.
