@design39797 Looks like bootstrap nodes are blocked for you. Try some circumvention technology, I don't think tuntox is going to work if the GFW is blocking bootstrap nodes, and then traffic between your two nodes.

@design39797 That's likely a problem with Tox and the GFW in general, not much I can do. But thank you for the report!

@therealgdr tuntox works not good to china due to china GFW. a connection some times is blocked by GFW. when the client sent frend request and server accepted, but client need many time to get reply and to build connection.

@PaulRudnitskiy No seems like it’s payments processor - perhaps at the terminal operator level or whatever those terminals use? If it was the bank, then ATMs would likely be down as well.

Wow: card POS payments seem to be down across the Netherlands. Huge queues at cash machines, because most people don’t carry cash. Piles of food at supermarket checkouts because people could not pay. Unclear what is happening. Is it some banks? All banks? Anyone w more details?
