@RohanCreates @p if this is for copernicus, @P.world will be a float3 and @P.image and @P.texture will be a float2
i've written some info about opencl on this page, though not much about cops yet

@CliaLpz It's a displacement map. it moves the geometry along the normal direction.
English

@tinybugbot Is the model kind of low poly and are the normals that create the topology???
English

@tinybugbot @Cyrus3v Thank you a lot I really struggle on this I end up with just render out on 1001 normal uv just the one that have animate texture
As separate material animate
If I can render true UDIM out in one go would be save my time on personal animation
Anyway Thank you so much!!!

@jo_oldschool @Cyrus3v Ok, I'm going to post a simple screenshot in someday if I can make it.
but I just rendered 4 tiles as texture files in COPS.
and I don't directly reference COPs node from materialX.
English

@tinybugbot @Cyrus3v Wow I try a lot of way to use UDIM but not working
Would you mind to share how to use udim from cop please~~ mater
English

@JackVfx1 @Sidefx_jp Thanks! I haven't found a comfortable workflow yet. making the whole texture as 1 tile for preview, then resample it as 4 UDIM tiles for rendering.
English

@tinybugbot @Sidefx_jp Looks great! How are you handling UDIMs and COPs in your workflow?
English

@RetroWorld415 I guess the official tutorials are really good.

@tinybugbot Do you have any good resource to learn Houdini?
English

@ostromfanclub It's just Polar uv projection. so the top and bottom uv is not clean at all😅
English

@tinybugbot how does this work? does these textures use uvs? or is it world projection somehow?
English

@tinybugbot Oh wow that's so cool! I know how to do 80% of that in Blender with shader nodes but I never thought to link the base value to a displacement driver to get that undulation. I learned something in 13 seconds ty!
English

@tinybugbot Looking great. Are the bugs in your game procedurally generated too?
