Hello @cottontradersuk. How much use do you think I should get out of these shoes? There’s no label, but a marking inside which reads “0877”. The heel has split and crumbled away, and I only wear them infrequently.

Just been going through a brief from a mag I’ve been writing for for yrs & queried the fact I’m getting the same rate since I began #freelancing in 2009 yet the work involved; research, interviewing, checking comments, going back to the brief, sourcing pics etc, keeps going up..

Asked a bunch of male policemen about the helicopters, instead of answering, one asked where I was from. Wapping, I said, “but where are you REALLY from”, he kept on pushing. I said it wasn’t a nice question to ask but he kept on going. I cycled away. Very unpleasant
