@Deelaw_17 Both sailor moon and dragon Ball z suffer from a concept called power creep. (Bigger threats require more force to exterminate over time) Dragon ball was pretty good at managing this sailor moon was HORRIBLE at it. That's why inherently any VS against her is majorly unfair.
