Look at this list: Of these 45 picks. 21 aren’t even on the team anymore. 8 never see the field. Only Two have made it to their 2nd contract. Jury still out on 2025 draft class. Niners fans have every right to question yesterday

Given the draft’s crapshoot nature, building a roster is like building a stock portfolio… obsessing over individual positions is only the hobby of those who don’t consistently make any money. Successful teams focus on portfolio-wide success. Can’t argue with the 49ers’ track record there. They’ve had one of the NFL’s best and deepest rosters year in, year out. They even won 13 games last season in the midst of a mass injury event. Facts matter more than feelings

@Mark_T_Willard Going into this draft, I don’t think anyone would say the Niners biggest draft priorities would be WR, DT, RB.. while most would say DE, OL, FS, TE should have taken precedence. The fact they’re ok with another year of Jiyar at FS, bargain bin at OL doesn’t give fans confidence.
