@LGUK customer service quite disgraceful! Called 2 c if I could get my remote replaced..for a £4K tv 6 months old to be told no & it’s wear & tear of keys! Tv is 6 months old!! & barely used... I have a Samsung that is 7 years old and remote is perfect! You blamed my hands!

@TowerHousewares awful customer service! I have chased for an update on a faulty pressure cooker and it’s been over 2 weeks and no response!! Anyone who needs a pressure cooker DO NOT buy this rubbish! Stick with Tefal or Prestige

@McDonaldsUK I went to one of your branches in London..and to my horror the people cooking the food had long beards & women …were not wearing at hair or beard nets!! Absolutely disgusting! And these were people packing the burgers! And was visible to customers! Unhygienic!

@tsblinds having spent a fortune on my blinds for my house…the motors have packed up! And you cannot replace these motors…how can I get my blinds fixed?

@DFS Do not buy from this company. I waited 4 months for a chair, I contacted them and said I no longer wanted it as the wait was too long. I paid £6000 in total for a whole suite and asked for a refund for the chair (£947) they have had my money for 6-7months 1/2

@DFS @CTSI_UK DFS build sofas so they last more than a few months! Train your staff not to be rude! Get a replacement out instead of sending sofa repairs! To a sofa that is beyond repair!! And dangerous to use.
