Deadlift bench marks: 135 - your grandma could lift it with a few months training 225 - your wife's max after few months training 315 - stronger than 99% 405 - stronger than 99% of gym bros 500 - strongish. golf claps at local meet 600 - really strong 700+ - stronk/elite
