EP is beautiful 🤩 Patient with Brugada storm, syncope with documented VF, and malignant looking PVCs/NSVT on EKG. S/p ICD and finally quieted on quinidine, but could not tolerate long-term. Interesting pre-EKG with an alternans pattern. Genotype positive for SCN5A mutation.
