This is why we always ask for Payslips. We Check everything, Arrears payment for a consultant who has been on the wrong increment ladder for 20+Years. Very hard to spot but after challenging the trust, a huge arrears payment. £85k Owed and now paid! result!

Just a few minutes into my Urology Ward shift and handed this by Sister. Immediately diagnosed an overactive bladder and recommended anti-cholinergics. I could see from the expression on her face she was impressed! Not lost the old touch!!Curiously not had any other calls 🤔

The pension situation just gets more and more untenable. Hospitals are understaffed and desperate for cover but I’m not paying to go to work. This isn’t the 45% tax issue (we’re already paying that), it’s paying tax based on made up numbers for money that we can’t get for 20+ yrs

I'm a doctor. Current NHS pension taxation rules are unfairly hitting senior doctors hard with many forced to retire early/reduce hours. This crisis cant go on.

Electronic patient records (EPR) - I've seen some negative tweets recently about how cumbersome they can be...but EPR is here to stay so it's important to get them right
