@virginmedia Hi, thanks for getting back to me, I have employed my own local engineer, a VM one wasn't offered (it's a self-install kit). He is waiting to hear from me when I receive the splitter so he can complete the installation.

@virginmedia PLEASE help me contact someone, I have paid an engineer to upgrade me to TV 360 but there is no cable splitter in the box, it's all I need but after 2 hours of trying there is STILL no way of asking for a simple piece in the post! No chat. No email address. No phone.
