@cynomaxxx Thank you. Bought Daosin on Thursday because of this xeet and I think it's helping. Almost completely cleared of my lifelong nasal congestion, I don't get fatigued after a meal and have more energy overall. Will try this supp next.

@doctorcalf @user_mm_ Thanks bro, but here I’m on DHT, I also took T3, salbutamol, progesterone, androsterone before, and even if they did nothing anabolic I can’t claim natty, but the following picture is 100% natty :

@BodyRecompExprt Here, if that makes you feel better

People underestimate what levels you can reach natty. @user_mm_ is a great example too

@marcusquest @chrislakin hey can I ask how do you integrate the information?
English

no longer ashamed/anxious/insecure about how my brain works
it started to make sense, and feel ok, that i would be neurotic given everything ive experienced. locally optimal!
i see now it's best not to try so hard to avoid feeling anxiety/insecurity. i want that data, bc it's useful for integration
ive done very little integration (just three 30min sessions, going deep into 1 or 2 situations each)
ppl around me say i am a completely different person than just 6 months ago, even tho i still feel anxious/insecure in social interactions! i just don't feel bad about that anymore

@vividvoid “No one is coming to save you” to “no one can save you” is a reframe I needed to learn the most.

@sunsettler And the sticky memory wasn’t sticky anymore after we were done with the call :) Thank you Teddy!
English

@sunsettler I had an awesome chat with Teddy about a week ago.
He outlined the process, patiently explained the concepts in numerous ways, and guided me through exercise. Probably the first time I felt a feeling without trying to intellectualise it. Helpful for anyone, highly recommended!

@joinanimus Any specific examples of how I may be doing this?
Love your content, reading your book currently and for the first time feel like I am reading something from the field that clicks and is actionable.

@Morphenius Hell really is real.
Any tips on climbing out of it? Appreciate your posts.

A lifeline for those (like I was) with Torn attachment:
- Hell is real. I get it.
- You don't deserve it.
- We're coming for you. We'll help you out.
- …and you don't have to trust or believe that. We're coming anyway. <3

The true (IMO) names for the four attachment styles are: • Good • Clingy • Cold • Torn (I tongue-in-cheek want to name the last one "F*cked" but I think "Torn" is way clearer.)

@sabethunder @FU_joehudson “Confussion and spaciness of being in the world itself and not in my nature, in me.”
Whoow that one was enlightening!
English

@FU_joehudson Not knowing what I want, or what I want to talk about. Confusion and a spaciness of being in the world itself and not in my nature, in me.
There is a subtle avoidance of fear that I can be hurt that makes me not notice it. Way more apparent the larger the group.
English

@FU_joehudson @AbstractFairy Thank you for your insights. How would that work for obsessive rumination about past?
English

@Plus3Happiness Will have a look.
Losing people, particulary romantic relationships/my ex is particulary hard. Life feels empty without.
English

it's a twofold issue: one is avoiding feeling the unpleasantness of losing or potentially losing the person.
the 2nd is the past conditioning around losing other ppl which makes it hard not to bring the past into the present relatonships
